When you open the photo again into Edit it looks correct. Thumbnails and Previews Showing Ghosting or Artifacts - In some cases, after editing a photo and returning to Browse, the thumbnail and fit-screen preview could have shown ghosting or artifacts.This also affects Smart Albums that search by date. Search and Smart Albums by Date - Searching by date may fail to find any or all expected photos if the capture date metadata is missing.Crashing whilst Browsing - If your sort order is set to Capture Date, the above issue could also lead to a crash when parsing capture metadata.Note, this command has been updated to preserve the current star, flag and color ratings and will merge keywords. For photos that have already been browsed and the capture date is missing, use the “Read Metadata from Photo” command. For new photos or photos in cataloged folders this will correct itself. Tweeting the performance sliders fixes this. Haven’t had many problems on any of the systems other than a dislike for the intentional blurring which occurs with local adjustments. I run 2019.5 on three systems an old i7 with an early 2gb gpu, an 8th gen i7 with a 4Gb newer gpu, and a 2018 MBP with a 560x gpu. I see that On1 has just released an update (beta) available now to Plus members and soon available to all.įor those who have had problems with 2019.5 and are able to try the update, does this fix your problems (or cause new ones)?
